Hi All, Mass ticket creation and closure using batch job. Mass ticket means How we can achieve for this my end user daily creating 100 tickets in manually but they want automation to create a tickets they are just sending the data file we need to capture file and create a ticket in remedy ….what are the possible ways to do ..please let me know Can we achieve through ARImport tool ? or is there any implementation method in remedy? My application is completely customized I am not using any other ITSM modules.
