In a set field operation, use the process action and then run that process as
@@: Application-Confirm-Group “Group Name” The field you try to set that will either get a value of 0 or 1. That field is typically a display only field used for that purpose.. $GROUPS$ should have support groups too. Usage would be something like $GROUPS$ LIKE (“%” + “Group Name” + “%”). With these later versions you do not have to check if the group is only at the beginning or only at the end because the groups string now has a ; at the beginning and end of the string.. So it will always be in the middle of the whole string.. Either check if the group is a part of $GROUPS$ keyword using a like comparison or use a Application-Confirm-Group in a set field operation.. if the result is 0 he is not a member, if the result is 1 he is a member.. This is probably a really dumb question, but how can I find out if a user is part of a certain support group for use in a qualification? EG $Support Group$ LIKE $USER$ Any help would be greatly appreciated.
