Hi Michael, Caveat: You didn't mention, but since you phrased it "Support Group", I'm presuming you are on an ITSM implementation somewhere north of v7.x.
And it's not a dumb question when there are thousands of forms to hunt through. For Support Group memberships, have a look at the form: CTM:SupportGroupFuncRoleLookUp. Note the two status fields that you might want to include in your query to make sure you have a current/valid support-group member and/or Functional role. Hope this helps!
