Roger correctly summarises the problem, but I'm surprised he didn't point out that the JSS SSO Plugin can automatically raise an incident in ITSM when a user connects and has no account, invoking the correct process to provision an account so they can gain access. There's no useful out of the box SSO functionality in AR System to do this for you, and that won't change in 7.7 unless there's been a radical change since I looked at a beta :)
