One note though, if you upgrade to ars 7.6.04p003 then you cannot install/upgrade to atrium 7.6.04p002. As per BMC it is because of the version mismatch. What you can do is upgrade ars to 7.6.04p002 and install/upgrade to atrium to 7.6.04p002, then if you want you can upgrade ars from 7.6.04p002 to 7.6.04p003. or wait till they release atrim 7.6.04p003. I know it is kind of twisted but it is what it is.
