Hi,

yes, you can go into the SRM:RequestInterface form and change  the Status -
this "should" re-trigger the workflow that occurs on the SRM:Request form. 

  

This is also useful if the "ITSMUtil" plug-in has failed, and requests are
stuck in "Awaiting Approval" - you can move them forward from this form.
