Hello World! I'm trying to add an application Permission group, very similar to the following website.
http://theremedyforit.com/2012/03/adding-custom-permission-groups-to-itsm-foundation/ the problem is that it assumes you have already created a group and that it should just show up. But when I create a group, it asks for a group ID, but I don't know what I should put in there, and I can't find any documentation on how to create groups. I need a group called "Incident Creator" Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
