This means that Service Pack 4 also contains enhancements and fixes from Service Pack 1 and Service Pack 2 (BMC Remedy ITSM Suite did not participate in the Service Pack 3 release for version 7.6.04).
By installing Service Pack 4, you are also installing the updates and fixes for Service Pack 1 and Service Pack 2.
