Besides those suggestions, if you have a few bucks to spare, Tibco has an
adapter for both Remedy and Siebel so its possible to establish a communication
channel between the two systems using Tibco as a bus to transport the data back
and forth.. Since Tibco has a listener type of a service, the communication is
as real time as you can get..

i,

i'm a certified Siebel and Remedy consultant and i have integrate several times
Siebel and Remedy applications

You can do this in two ways.

1) sending a XML request from Siebel to Remedy vice versa with the support of
the the Midtier of Remedy
2) with the help of the Remedy Java API and the Siebel Java DataBean can you
develop a so called 'arsplugin' filter in Remedy.

If you need further details, plz contact me.

BR

Tristan
