Besides those suggestions, if you have a few bucks to spare, Tibco has an adapter for both Remedy and Siebel so its possible to establish a communication channel between the two systems using Tibco as a bus to transport the data back and forth.. Since Tibco has a listener type of a service, the communication is as real time as you can get..
