That may be worth taking a look at too. But to the best of my knowledge, its
adapters are designed specifically for only BMC owned products and other very
generic concepts such as Web Services, FTP, SFTP, File adapter, etc. I do not
recall seeing Siebel as one of the listed adapters that you could configure
within AO.

How about BMC Atrium Orchestrator for the same purpose? Does it provide
integration with Siebel?

Besides those suggestions, if you have a few bucks to spare, Tibco has an
adapter for both Remedy and Siebel so its possible to establish a communication
channel between the two systems using Tibco as a bus to transport the data back
and forth.. Since Tibco has a listener type of a service, the communication is
as real time as you can get..

  i,

i'm a certified Siebel and Remedy consultant and i have integrate several
times Siebel and Remedy applications

You can do this in two ways.

  1) sending a XML request from Siebel to Remedy vice versa with the support of
the the Midtier of Remedy
  2) with the help of the Remedy Java API and the Siebel Java DataBean can you
develop a so called 'arsplugin' filter in Remedy.

If you need further details, plz contact me.
