That may be worth taking a look at too. But to the best of my knowledge, its adapters are designed specifically for only BMC owned products and other very generic concepts such as Web Services, FTP, SFTP, File adapter, etc. I do not recall seeing Siebel as one of the listed adapters that you could configure within AO.
