Hi all! Our customer wants to hide Infrastructure Change application in his ITSM 7.6.04.
I've tried to "delete" entry points in Incident form (HPD:Help Desk) and Incident management console, but in the Home page, the entries are unmodified. I think deleting entry points keeps the forms "hidden" in Home Page, but I don't know what's the way. Could someone help me please?.
