Hello, I do not know how to modify the NTE :CFG-Notification Events for some users that would like to be notified only if incidents are assigned directly to them and not if assigned to one of theirs groups. I suppose that I have to set Individual Notification=Yes and Group Notifications=Non in the NTE :CFG-Notification Events >From the CTM :People form I try to open : Update notification Preferences. I >can modify the values but I cannot save them. Can someone tell me how to proceed, if possible. Best Regards Lidia
