Hi, the NTE-CFG-Notifications Events form is for system wide settings. Any changes here affect all users.
You are on the right track with updating Individual Notifications, you need to have the correct permissions to update these. Try "Contact People Admin" and "Contact Support Admin". I suppose that I have to set Individual Notification=Yes and Group Notifications=Non in the NTE :CFG-Notification Events >From the CTM :People form I try to open : Update notification Preferences. I can modify the values but I cannot save them. Can someone tell me how to proceed, if possible.
