Create individual records to override the system default from within each
person record, this is done by adding a new record. You may need to change the
system default if that is easier and perform the reverse in the Individual
override records.

Hi,

the NTE-CFG-Notifications Events form is for system wide settings. Any changes
here affect all users.

You are on the right track with updating Individual Notifications, you need to
have the correct permissions to update these. Try "Contact People Admin" and
"Contact Support Admin".

Cheers

Subject: NTE:CFG-Notification Events (ARS 7.6)

Hello,

I do not know how to modify the NTE :CFG-Notification Events for some users
that would like to be notified only if incidents are assigned directly to them
and not if assigned to one of theirs groups.

I suppose that I have to set Individual Notification=Yes and Group
Notifications=Non in the NTE :CFG-Notification Events

>From the CTM :People form I try to open : Update notification Preferences. I
>can modify the values but I cannot save them.

Can someone tell me how to proceed, if possible.

Best Regards

Lidia
