Hi, We've a scenario on ITSM 7.6.03 server (Windows 2008/SQL 2008) where Application-Bus-Time2-Assoc-Add & Diff commands are taking anything between 6 - 11 sec to finish.
If I created one incident by opening the browser, the time between + CE and -CE calls on HPD:Help Desk form is about 5 sec. The Application-Bus-Time2-Assoc-Add & Diff commands on out of the box SLM Filters take only a few milli seconds to finish. However, if a Java API Program created 20 incidents in a duration of 80 seconds, Application-Bus-Time2-Assoc-Add & Diff commands on the very same SLM Filters take 6 - 11 sec to finish. The first incident takes 60 - 80 sec to finish and so is the 20th incident. The AR Server CPU reaches 100% (arserver.exe shows 100%) and remains there for ~ 80 sec. This API program connects to 2 Private RPC Queues with 6 threads each. 1) How can I find out what causes arserver.exe to reach 100% ? 2) How can I reduce the time taken by Application-Bus-Time2-Assoc-Add & Diff filters? These are the filters that take longer to finish from the API/SQL/Filter log.
