It is API, SQL and filter log, all in one file. An extract given below.

The timestamp reads like Wed Dec 19 2012 09:48:15.8540. I hope this is the 
correct format for arwklga?

What are the contents of the log?  It looks like you don't have either API or 
SQL logging in the file...is it by chance a Filter log you are analyzing?

Request your help with arwklga. When I execute this command ,

arwklga -sMAX -w foldername logfile.log

I don't seem to get any meaningful output. The index.html just shows the below. 
I installed Arwklga 2.16 following the instructions in arwklga.rtf.  ITSM 
7.6.03 is being used.
