Have you reviewed the fields causing the error. Doug Mueller has posted to the list in the past a review of how Remedy is able to do approvals that update an existing record with a read license.

This is a BMC application. Just the normal approval central console. Nothing customized about it.

Is this a BMC aplication or a custom application. If it is a customer application you do need a write license.

We are using 7.6.04 and the managers are receiving the attached errors when they click on approve. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
