I am pretty sure I have seen an answer from a BMC person (Doug maybe?) why
the Name field isn't indexed out of the box.  If I remember correctly it
was something along the line that they are leaving it up to us to decided
if we need indexing or not.  Each organization may have different indexing
needs based on how the CMDB is used and the attributes an organization
chooses to use.
