I'm wondering if you have any ideas on this.

We have looked through all of our audits and cannot determine the cause, but 
certain users will become Obsolete and/or changed to Non-Support personnel for 
no apparent reason.

We use AD integration and have not had any trigger events for any of their 
profiles, however Audit logs for these agents show:

Agent 1: Becomes Obsolete, manual reset (kikaplan)
10/26/2012 1:00:01 AM         ;Profile Status;         AR_ESCALATOR    Profile 
Status: Obsolete  (3)
12/26/2012 1:00:01 AM         ;Profile Status;         AR_ESCALATOR    Profile
