There is a Patrol Knowledge module for monitoring AR System that might be helpful - you can plug that into your BPPM/PNET server. See http://documents.bmc.com/supportu/documents/90/10/219010/Output/09186a33806c5fe1.htm. I am not sure that the version in this document is the latest though, the best way would be to check out the available downloads you have on EPD to see what else is there.
