big thanks, I found exactly the same situation you described.
The alias caused all the trouble. Even after deleting it, wizard would stay at 
Pending for all it's tasks, so I deleted the DLD:Lock entry and tried to rerun 
it. That caused a bit of data mess for the renamed group.

Example: I now have "New Group" inside the Support Group form, inside the 
Assigned Group*+ menu in HPD:Help Desk, but e.g. incidents are still assigned 
to "Old Group".
"Old Group" Is not available in the Data Wizard anymore, "New Group" is.

Hope my gibberish is understandable - data is mixed up now.

Any chance I can fix this easily?
