Hello List, I want to add a new work info type to our ITSM 7.6.03 Incident Module, but fail to get it done. I added a value for the field Work Info Type in HPD:Worklog, but this doesn't do the trick. Where else do I need to put this so it shows up when adding a new work info entry?
