ARS/ITSM 7.6.04 SP1
I am kind of new to SLA 7.6, but it doesn't seem that difficult to learn.
However, my test SLA has
* One Agreement, populated with
* Three Service Targets, each of which has
* One Milestone, which has
* Two Actions
When I create an Incident, the Service Target associates itself with the
Incident, but the ST's Milestone does not. I've rebuilt them multiple
times and tried all kind of options and changes, but nothing seems to
change.
What am I missing?
