There is Knowledge Article addressing the problem (KA371654)
https://kb.bmc.com/infocenter/index?page=content&id=KA371654
The advice was to flush the Mid-Tier cache. (if clearing the browser cache does
not help, which doesn't).
However, flushing the Mid-Tier cache has bad impact on performance for the
users.

I shall not quote the KA (due to possible copyrights ;) )

Or.... CTRL+Shift+Delete will bring up the clear <browser specific name> in
IE, Firefox and Chrome.

For IE: CTRL+Shift+Delete then ALT+D
For Firefox: CTRL+Shift+Delete then Enter
For Chrome: CTRL+Shift+Delete then Enter

Clear your browser cache.

To clear the browser cache on IE, follow these steps:

Logout of Remedy.
Hit the F12 key.
When the Developer Tools open, click Cache on the menu (CTRL + R).
In the Cache menu, select "Clear browser cache . . ."
Click OK in the dialog.
Close the browser.
Open a new browser, log into Remedy.

Tips
Dedicate a browser to Remedy use.
Logout of the application and close the browser at the end of the day.
Routinely clear the browser cache.

Thank you,
