Assuming you know the requirements and have connection information etc...

Assuming you are comfortable with the technology (API/Soap/etc…)

Assuming it is your first time (Otherwise you probably wouldn’t be asking)

I think you can pull it off in less than 40 hrs.

Your next integration time should be less than 16 hrs.

BTW … I don’t know if your integration needs to be realtime or not.
If not realtime … then just write a batch Java program to check if anything
needs transferring - if so - transfer — if not - sleep. (That way you don’t
have to modify any workflow)

Also - not sure what kind of programmer you are … but if somebody asked me
to do it … I would do it in JRuby - which is Ruby on Java (allows you to
use the Remedy Java API).
Here is a little info: https://communities.bmc.com/docs/DOC-17574

Also — not sure if you are in Sweden or not (you are from IKEA — so I am
figuring Swedish) — if you are — "Hello from a fellow Swede"… If you are
not from Sweden — "Hello from a fellow earthling".
