Hi Team, When i am creating the task from incident that time i am getting below error.
The incident number is required for this function to work. To generate an incident number, select a customer ARERR45281. this issue is occuring only in best practise view. i can able to create a task in classic view with out hurdles. guys, can you please share the solution to fix this issue.
