Hi Folks I would like to replace the three sub menu of 'Assignment' of the form HPD: Help Desk Classic, trying to simulate the auto-assignment function.
When I run the Developer Studio, and open the form HPD: Help Desk Classic I realize that the fields "Assigned Support Company", "Assigned Support Organizzation" and "Assigned Group" are locked and not editable. My idea is to replace the menu with custom menu that simulates the behavior of auto-assignment, perhaps without having to manually select "Assigned Support Company," "Assigned Support Organizzation", any ideas?
