Hi,

Just a quick update this is a known error with 8.1 un patched version and
few cases of 8.1 patch 2 as well.

We got a hotfix after raising a BMC ticket. I would suggest you trying that
way even though I know your versions are not 8x. And BMC is known to move
defects from one code line to another.

There is also a windows patch which address something around this if I am
to trust my memory its KA2577795.

You can try windows patch first side by side hit the BMC support team with
a ticket.
