I have wrote 2 filters. 1st filter showing below. Run if empty and set field I mentioned below qualification 'Long group name' =$Support Company$+"->"+$Assignee organization$+"->"+$Assignee Group$ and auto map table declared as temp =group I'd from group form. can able to see that value into that field.but, mail notification not send. Notify action, can see the mechanism drop down value as email, alert,cross reference and user profile default. present , I have chosen as email. do I need to change anything from mechanism drop down?
