Hi William, I'm actually having the exact same issue you are at this moment. This is a stand alone mid-tier server on Windows 2012 with IIS 7 and Tomcat 6 (the one that ships with AR Server 8.1.x). I'm trying to work with BMC support on it now and will let you know if we get it working.
