Hi Mahmoud, Please check the escalation pool. May be you might have one escalation pool that has so many filters that needs to be executed. Try to create a new pool and assign this escalation to that.

For example I have escalation that has to run every minute however it is running after 30 min which causes a delay in other related work flows.
