If you have BMC Atrium Orchestrator (BAO) installed within your environment, you could look into whether or not that gives you better flexability to integrate with and then use BAO to integrate with Remedy. We have BAO installed within our environment and our Automation team built a .NET web submission app that spins up servers and cuts Remedy tickets and CIs. They just integrate the .NET app with BAO and then use BAO to cut the tickets in Remedy through the Incident interface forms.
