Dear Amit:

Thank for chosen me in such consultancy and for the appreciation of my
knowledge in this aspect, I believe you chosen a right person.

As you may aware the easiest way for REMEDY-developer is through web-service.

But API give much better result than web-service, controllable and can be run
online or in background as schedule task, I developed a data migration utility
https://communities.bmc.com/docs/DOC-32413 using .NET and Java as clients and
C-API low layer.

The most important thing, that I have the ability and capable of performing
your requirements that meet the expectations of your client.

You can send your requirement and I can develop for you the appropriate
solution remotely or if need my presence.

Its an owner working with you Feel free to contact me in either of the
following.

Best regards.

Ali Musa

Subject: Need inputs about integration

Hello All,

I have to work on a client requirement in which i need to integrate external
application (built in .NET) with Remedy.

Could you please suggest best possible way to integrate this application with
remedy? This .NET application will create new tickets in remedy application.

I know web service is one of the way to integrate. But would like to know
whether .NET API would be a good option to implement this.

Regards,

Amit
