So I was able to successfully install the Smart IT/MyIT application within my 
sandbox environment and tie it into an already existing POC ITSM instance.  I 
was able to log in just fine and everything seemed to look good.  Then I ran 
the onboarding tool to bring in my ITSM data into the MongoDB and now for some 
reason I'm not able to log into Smart IT anymore.  I've tried checking around 
in the logs, but I just don't really know where to look with my <24hrs 
experience on the product :).  I've opened a ticket with support, sow we'll see 
what they come back with.
