HI All, In a new incident if I type a contact's last name the active link HPD:INC:PCS_100Search executes a service that does a search by last name and returns contact information. In the input mapping "PERFORMCONTACTSEARCHNAME" is mapped to z1D Action.
The input and output mapping is only on the HPD Help Desk so I am assuming that services are stored somewhere and when "PERFORMCONTACTSHEARCHNAME" is used, the stored actions are executed. I admit, I don't' know how a service works and the Workflow Guide is not at all helpful. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
