In the input mapping “PERFORMCONTACTSEARCHNAME” is mapped to z1D Action. The input and output mapping is only on the HPD Help Desk so I am assuming that services are stored somewhere and when “PERFORMCONTACTSHEARCHNAME” is used, the stored actions are executed. I admit, I don’t’ know how a service works and the Workflow Guide is not at all helpful. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
