Currently, when one of the canned notifications goes to our users from ITSM 7.6.04, patch1, the email includes the hyperlink URL to the underlying request (good) but it also includes the ARTask shortcut to the the Client version (bad). Is there a way to remove that ARTask without removing the url. Since the WUT is no longer used, I'm not even sure why it is in there!
