[artemis-users] never mind about how to invoke blast from within artemis

Bizarrely now it's working. Or maybe not so bizarrely. It turned out there was an antique version of blastall in a part of the path that took precedence over version 2.2.4.

I still have that ACT question, though. Do I need to set a flag somewhere to tell it to expect a blastall -m 8 tab-delimited table instead of space-delimited MSP Crunch output?
