Hi everyone, I would like to use ACT but it needs MSPcrunch. I tried to download it from
http://www.cgr.ki.se/cgr/groups/sonnhammer/MSPcrunch.html and ftp://ftp.cgr.ki.se/pub/prog/MSPcrunch+Blixem but these links don't work. With google I found on https://bioinformatics.org/software/mollin_entry.php3?name=MSPcrunch that Erik Sonnhammer can be contacted in issues concerning MSPcrunch. But the email address does not work.
