Hi.  MSPcrunch isn't supported at all these days, so we now recommend
using NCBI MEGABLAST or using blastall with the -m 8 flag as described
here:
  http://www.sanger.ac.uk/Software/ACT/v2/manual/start.html#COMPARISON-RUN

Everything works much more reliably that way.

Note that you'll need ACT release 2 for that to work.
