Hi Marcos I am not sure how you can do this in WebACT... it may be just a case of changing the order you give them on the web page. Or if you are downloading the files and running ACT then reverse the order of the sequence files in the file requester.
Alternatively in ACT you can right click on the sequence that you would like to flip and select the 'Flip Display' option from the popup menu.
