$ARTIFACTORY_HOME/etc/artifactory.config.startup.xml, and the artifactory.config.xml and security.xml from your 2.0.4 export. PS to upgrade to 2.1.x from 2.0.x there's no need to export/import - simply replacing the war will work (or for standalone, the war + a couple of jars: http://wiki.jfrog.org/confluence/display/RTF/Upgrading+Artifactory).
