This isn't sounding quite right to me. When we were running 2.1.2 the group showed the appropriate permissions checked for each repository. Each user showed that they were in the appropriate group. When I checked permissions for the user they had none and as expected if I logged in as a user I could see no artifacts nor could I download any during a maven build. What is it you are asking me to do? Am I supposed to uncheck, save and recheck, save?
