Hi,
There is no security.xml under the etc folder, like I said you can find
this file in your backup.
Another thing, please make sure you have recursive correct permission over
all your ARTIFACTORY_HOME/data folder.
If you like, after performing the steps I mentioned in
my previous resonance you can attache your artifactory.log or if you prefer
send it directly to [email protected]
