I'm a little confused here.
It's true that if a proxy is configured for a certain remote repository
definition, this same proxy will be used when replicating and there's no
way to exclude it.
But replication configurations are based around repository configurations,
and replications are in their most basic form automatic batch download
operations so in what case would you need to access a certain remote
repository via a proxy when resolving artifacts, but not when replicating?
Or do you mean that a default proxy definition is set to be used through
out all remote repositories, and you aren't managing to remove this
definition from a remote repository configuration that points to an
internal instance?
