One more detail. The parts on the Palace (Tillie), etc that were salvaged are supposed to be made part of this proposed hotel. All this was done to satisfy the Palace/tourism supporters. It may never happen, The City lost a public space and Fishman gained another property he can flip for profit, that was not even in the original (flawed(MOU)) deal.
