hope i read this wrong, estimated cost to renovate 5th ave pavilion 3
million, estimated cost for all the listed repairs to conv hall 1.4
million estimated cost to casino in excess of 1 million 350 thousand,
well i gues in excess means it could be 100 million. no way no how
they make the repairs to conv hall for that amount of money and no
way they meet that time frame, then they will blame it on shpo, start
the default, unless when they say convention hall it doesnt include
the paramount and the arcade, better check the wording. look at the
bricks where they are bowing out means steel behind it is probably
bad, something the city ran into when replacing the water tower, what
did that cost, with all the overruns?, if conv
hall complex could be brought up to code for 1.4 million dollars why
did we sell it, again read this quick but numbers do not jive, hope
im wrong, but dont think so
