The City was most prosporous under the founder himself,
a "Benevolent Dictator" who had complete control balanced with
a visionary perspective, business sense, money and an understanding 
that the PUBLIC was the priority.

Most people don't realize that all the original Asbury Park was 
owned, controlled and developed by one man, James A. Bradley. That's 
the area from Wesley Lake to Deal Lake and Railroad to the Ocean, 
about 500 Acres.

Fully developed in about 15 years. Compare that with todays pace and 
schedule for 56 acres.

Bring back Bradley !!
