Alan,
The tax
breaks did NOT
save our economy! We had the best economy during the past 40 years while
President Clinton was in, and he just put the Taxes back on the Wealthy!
Virtually our
Entire National Deficit, now over 17 Trillion, was amassed under Reagan, Bush I
& Bush II, yet the economy also was the slowest at the end of each of their
Terms, in collapse, as a matter of fact!
The Stock
Market was over 11,000 during the Clinton
years, and can barely hold the same ground now. We now have the most stagnant
economy which we had since 1987, the Real Estate bubble is bursting (As it did
during Reagan), the Deficit is soaring again, the Stock Market is dead and
we're heading once again into a Recession or Depression!
In
addition, Bush has severely neglected ALL of our Infrastructure in the US,
including mainly the US Power Generation System, Bridges, Roads, Tunnels, Dams
and has failed to re-structure the capacity of the Auto Industry to re-tool and
build a High Speed Train System which we BADLY need in the US,
especially with Oil Prices getting out of hand.
We also have the MOST
Corporations in, or near, Bankruptcy in the history of the US, in large part
due to the failure of the Republicans to back Universal Health Care, the
results of which has virtually put GM, and hundreds of other Corporations into
insolvency! Bush's Record is SO bad, not
to mention the corruption involved, that over 1/3 of Republicans have bailed
out on him, and most ones running don't WANT him to go to their States to help
with Campaigns, including Tom Kean, Jr., here in NJ!
On top of
that, Bush has committed us to an un-winable War in Iraq
that IS just like Vietnam,
except that we're funneling much more money into it per year than into Vietnam,
thus further destroying, not building our Economy!
Do me a
Favor, and before you say our economy is "Great", call Rutgers, or someplace that has
expert Economists, and ask them "How Great" our economy really is.
During
EVERY Republican President's Administration since President Eisenhower, there
has been a major recession (Bush I inherited and helped to make his &
Reagan's while he was Vice President). In contrast, both Roosevelt's brought us BACK from
disastrous times, Kennedy put us into a growth period (Although there was a
recession under Johnson, but not as long or severe...The Vietnam War didn't
help that situation).
Clinton
had 7 Years of growth & a great economy, after restoring the Reagan Tax
cuts for the Rich (Which bankrupted the Federal Government), handing an Annual
Surplus over to Bush II, the first one since about 30+ years before!
Wait until
the end of this year and into next year! We're heading into the WORST economy
in 50 Years! And we're at the end of a 25 Year period with 17 Years of
Republican Presidents, and 6 of 8 Years under Clinton with a Republican
Congress (Which Clinton came out of with excellent stats ... Against the odds!)
Bush will
not be able to blame the coming Crash on ANYONE except himself and his party!
Except, of course, the "New World Order" People who are pulling his
strings. They're the same People trying to take over the entire
World! Check it out at Alan,

Check it out at http://www.newamericancentury.org/,
which is the Web Site where all of these People, carry ons from Nazi-ism, are
displaying their plans openly to take over the World. Cheney, Rumsfeld,
Rohatyn, Carl Rove and every main Bush supporter, including the entire Bush
family, are all Members of that Site & Group.
Bush intends to attack Iran
next, and to use Nuclear Weapons! As well as Korea at some point!

The tax breaks you spoke of saved our eonomy. The tax incentives
allowed business to invest and grow. The result? We have a low
unemployment rate and the federal government is collecting more than it
has in the past 10 years in tax revenue.

WHY Should Multi-Millionaires GET a Tax Break to buy $1 Million Condos?
They don't pay their fair share of Income Tax as it is, since Bush gave
them a 70% Tax Cut at the Federal Level when he got in, as did Reagan
in the 1980's!

We already have Corporate Welfare, which costs the US 100 Times what
"People Welfare" costs, now we want to give Millionaires "Real Estate
Welfare", to make them even Richer, and to burden our Homeowners &
Businesses HERE more! If they can't AFFORD the same taxes that everyone
pays, they don't deserve to OWN the Properties! We have duel rules
here. Give the Rich EVERYTHING ..... For free, but Screw the Poor &
Middle Class People!

YOU, the current Tax Payers! Why should Rich People who pay less than
10% Federal Tax get TAX Breaks on $1 Million Summer Homes?

of 500,000 without the abatement. With the abatement I would be paying
tax on a value of 250,000 for that same condo. My home in asbury is
worth $450,000 but I am paying tax based on a value of 100.000. Who has
the better deal? Until the town is appraised I think the current owners
make out better. Especially since the tax per $100 is so high in Asbury.
