Screw giving them one year. I say give them 6 months. Many of those properties
have been
rotting away for years. Take those bungalows on the corner of Kingsley and
First. The only
tennents there that care about their property are the first 2 on the corner.
The rest are an
incredible eyesore.
A sargent on the PD told me that the PD is understaffed, so dealing with all
the crime is
difficult.
Would Asbury benefit from something like the Guardian Angels?
